Here are some of our most frequently asked questions:
- How can I change the time of day that Woebot checks in at?
- When Woebot sends his daily checkin, choose "reschedule", and Woebot will prompt you to schedule a new time instead. You can also type "reschedule" at any point in a conversation to go through the rescheduling process.
- How can I get Woebot to stop checking in each day?
- If you no longer need Woebot to check in on your moods each day, you can ask him to stop by selecting "reschedule" when he checks in, and then select "mute, please". You can also type "reschedule" during your conversation, and then select "mute, please" . He will still reply to you if you message him, but he won't send the daily checkins.
- How can I delete my account?
- If you'd like to delete your account from our servers, type "delete my data" to Woebot, and you'll be guided through the process of deleting your account. Once you do that, our servers will no longer remember your personal data. Note that if you were messaging Woebot from Facebook Messenger, then your data may still be stored on Facebook's servers, per their data policy.
